| Northmark Alpacas | Northmark Alpacas is located in Woking, Alberta. They pride themselves in their hands on approach to working with their alpacas and working with other alpaca farms. They raise quality dual registered alpacas. The Helliwell family of Northmark Alpacas personally hand feed and care for their alpacas every day. They provide support from before the purchase until the new owners feel comforatable in every aspect to ensure the alpacas receive proper care in their new homes. | Cloudweavers at Alpaca Junction | Cloudweavers at Alpaca Junction is located in Florida, but many of their alpacas are located with fellow FAF member, Emmett Acres Alpacas, in South Carolina. Cloudweavers focuses on literature related to producing end products from alpaca fleece and other natural fibers. If you want to know more about weaving and other methods of developing custom products from alpaca fleece, a visit to their website is a must. | Alpacas of Riverside Farm | Alpacas of Riverside Farm is a tiny farm in the mountains of western North Carolina. They raise suri alpacas with personality and bred for fineness of fiber and luster, as well as perfect conformation. They are only 3 years old, with a wooden barn and fencing we built ourselves. They have a very hands-on operation with just the two of them, and 'with a little help from their friends' and family. They began with 3 females and a gelding and have grown to 10. | Sandy Ridge Alpacas | Sandy Ridge Alpacas is situated a short drive from Canada's Capital, Ottawa, Ontario, and nestled in the beautiful hills of the lower Ottawa Valley. Quiet, serene; the perfect setting where the only sound you hear is the wind in the trees and the quiet hum of these gentle creatures. Their herd has grown in quantity and quality. They achieved this by crossing Chilean females, with their palette of 22 colours, and Peruvians with dense soft, crimpy fleece. Visits by appointment only. |
| Emmett Acres Alpacas and Mini Llamas | Emmett Acres was built in 1992 and consists of 19+ acres. Their focus is on developing great genetics, color and fineness of fiber. They provide breeding, boarding, fiber and transportation services nationwide. They also have an excellent farm store which provides both alpaca products and alpaca feed. | Hurricane Alpacas | Hurricane Alpacas is a young farm that has been in business since 2003. Although started as a small family farm in South Carolina, about half of the Hurricane herd is still boarded in Canada. Hurricane Alpacas is focused on making a long-term difference in the industry by working in partnership with other small farms. It is critical to help new alpaca farmers build their herds using sound breeding practices and Hurricane Alpacas is always willing to share ideas with new farmers and listen to ideas from other farms. | Double "E" Alpacas | Double “E” Alpacas is located in South Eastern Saskatchewan at Broadview, Saskatchewan, Canada. They are just 7 mile south on grid road 605 and 1 mile east of Broadview and only 1 hour from the Canadian - North Dakota Border. Double "E" Alpacas is home to one of Saskatchewan’s largest herds of double registered alpacas. The farm is situated between the beautiful Qu’Appelle Valley and the Moose Mountain Provincial Park. Edwin and Elaine have been involved in the Agriculture industry since 1976 raising cattle and grain in partnership with Edwin’s two brothers. Due to health issues, they have put together several attractive packages of dual registered alpacas to lower the size of their herd. Visits by appointment only. |
